The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) maintains an up-to-date resource page in the event you need help. Click the button below, and get the help you need!

You are not alone.

Help is out there. The NIMH resources page is an excellent starting point to start looking for immediate support and help. The CDC also maintains a mental health resources page, if you'd rather go to the CDC for help.

If you are NOT located in the United States, CheckPoint maintains an excellent resource for global mental health resources.

Open Counseling also maintains a list of international suicide hotlines.

The US Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs maintains a PDF file with emergency numbers.

If you are from a country that is not listed within the links provided here, then you need to call the emergency services number in your country for help.
